From Sega Retro
Sega CS1 is a continuation of NE with some staff of Sports R&D. It is not to be confused with the Sega CS1 that existed from 1996 to 1998. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio was spunned off in August 2011. In July of 2012, Sega Networks was also spunned from CS1.
