Realistically is there much point in documenting the masses of bits of paper - I can see it being a nice-ish thing for bulky bits of hardware (e.g. consoles) but this seems a bit excessive to me. How accurate are the average set of consumer scales? Do we end up marking a brand new version because the registration card is 2g heavier than another version, etc.

I think you could safely say all discs weigh about the same and shove the figure on the Sega Saturn page or whatever -Black Squirrel (talk) 05:35, 27 May 2017 (CDT)

You're right about the paper stuff. I definitely want cartridges and cases weighed though. It'll be useful for detecting fakes, finding different cartridge variants without breaking them open, calculating postage costs, and more things no-one's thought of. Discs I'm not sure about.
