PCM Complete (ＰＣＭコンプリート) was a Japanese video game ... company. Yes, that much information is known about them. The only three games we know they were responsible for were the publication of the Sega Mega Drive port of Gods in Japan, the development and publication of its NEC PC-98 port, and the Game Boy port of Xenon 2: Megablast — all originally by The Bitmap Brothers.
