- 1999 - Hydro Thunder and Speed Devils are released for the Sega Dreamcast in France. AeroWings, Rippin' Riders, and The House of the Dead 2 are released for the Sega Dreamcast in Spain. Wild River, a Mid-size attraction, and Aqua Nova, a Large attraction, debut at GameWorks Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The Sega Dreamcast is released in Morocco.
- 2000 - Silent Scope is released for the Sega Dreamcast in Germany.
