Yoshinari Sunazuka (砂塚 佳成) is a former lead programmer at Sega R&D 8, the direct predecessor of Sega AM2. He left Sega in 1991 to join some of his former colleagues now at Genki, where he worked in various development and management roles until 2006. He founded Digitoys and was its game development officer, manager and lead programmer until 2010. In 2010 he founded True Grit and became CEO.
