Takazumi Tomoike (麻生 宏) is a Japanese businessman and former Sega R&D 1 game designer. He designed Quartet, SDI and Galaxy Force for Sega before joining Koei in 1988. He became producer of the Dynasty Warriors series from the second installment up to the fifth. His last known work is the 2008 Nintendo DS game Prey the Stars.
