Bandai Namco Entertainment (株式会社バンダイナムコゲームスエンターテインメント) is a Japanese video game and entertainment company formed from the merger of the video game division of Bandai and Namco in 2006 after the formation of Bandai Namco Holdings the year prior. In 2018, as part of a group restructuring, the arcade development division of BNEI was transferred to the second incarnation of Namco, renaming itself to Bandai Namco Amusement in the process.

The company also operates an American branch, Bandai Namco Entertainment America as well as a European branch Bandai Namco Europe, an Australian branch Bandai Namco Entertainment Australia alongside regional branches in Asia.
