AQ Interactive, Inc. (株式会社AQインタラクティブ) was a Japanese holding company and successor to the original Cavia Inc.. It was created in October 2005 Cavia restructured its business; Cavia Inc. became a holding company (called AQ Interactive) and a brand new development division, also called Cavia Inc. came into existence.

AQ Interactive was the parent company of Artoon, Feelplus (previously known as Scarab) and the newly established Cavia. It also briefly owned Microcabin. AQ Interactive announced a merger with Marvelous Interactive in 2011, after which its three development subsidiaries were absorbed into the AQ Interactive business. The resulting company was Marvelous AQL.
