Alone in the Dark is an adventure game, and the first in the long-running Alone in the Dark series.
A Sega 32X version was announced at CES 1995, before being replaced with a Sega Saturn version. Neither port ever materialised, however the sequel, Alone in the Dark 2 did arrive on the Saturn some months later.
