Level select
During the Sega and Interplay logos or during gameplay, press 
. Press and to select a level, and START to play.
Sound test
During the Sega and Interplay logos or during gameplay, press . Press and to select a song, to play the selected song, and START to exit.
Free power-ups
During gameplay, press . This will give Boogerman a free milk bottle and chili pepper.
Free movement
During gameplay, press +++ START on Controller 2. Move Boogerman around with the D-Pad on Controller 1, and press +++ START on Controller 2 again to return to normal.
Unused content
Secret ending
A secret ending is inaccessible in normal play, but can be accessed by selecting "Ending 2" in the level select menu. This ending features likenesses of two of the developers waving at the player while the credits scroll as normal.
