Disney Interactive, later known as Buena Vista Games, was a division of The Walt Disney Company which produced video games based on its franchises. Founded in December 1994 from the closure of Disney Software, the studio was Disney's second foray into video game development.
The company was consolidated into Disney Interactive Studios on February 8, 2007.

In 2003, the company was rebranded as Buena Vista Games. This lasted until the 2007 consolidation of Disney’s game development studios under the name Disney Interactive Studios.
