A Sega Mega-CD version of the Game Genie was a "video game enhancer" that was at one point in development by Codemasters.

The Mega-CD version of the Game Genie was designed to fit in between the Mega-CD and Mega Drive and would intercept code as it passed in between the two[1]. It was only known to work with the revised Mega Drive 2 and the Sega Mega-CD 2 models
