Ma-Ba (γƒžγƒΌγƒ) was a partnership formed by Mattel and Bandai in the mid-1980s to sell Barbie dolls in Japan after a falling-out between Mattel and Takara (Takara only released Hasbro their products).

The name was later used by Bandai to publish several games for the Sega Mega Drive in Japan; why the name was used is unknown. All their games (except Kidou Keisatsu Patlabor: 98-Shiki Kidou Seyo!) are ports of Bandai games.
