Welcome to Sega Retro, a project from the people behind Sonic Retro. We aim to cover everything possible about Sega from the 1940s to today. We currently are working on 39,866 articles and have many more that are requested to be worked on.

- We are always on the lookout for high quality, unmarked, genuine game media scans. If you notice a poor quality or missing scan of a game you have, please help by making a scan and replacing the bad one. You can use our scan tracker to track our progress.

- 1993 - The redesigned Sega Mega Drive 2 and Sega Mega-CD 2 go on sale alongside Ball Jacks, Desert Strike: Wangan Sakusen, Garou Densetsu: Shukumei no Tatakai, J.League Pro Striker, Mega Lo Mania, and the Sega Mouse and Sega Tap peripherals for the Sega Mega Drive as well as Ranma ½: Byakuran Aika, Sangokushi III, Sega Classic Arcade Collection, and Switch for the Sega Mega-CD, all in Japan.
- 1994 - Heavenly Symphony: Formula One World Championship 1993 is released for the Sega Mega-CD in Japan.
- 1998 - Game de Seishun, Gungriffon II, Himitsu Sentai Metamor V, Super Robot Taisen F Kanketsuhen, and Tour Party: Sotsugyou Ryokou ni Ikou are released for the Sega Saturn alongside Sega Arena Hamaotsu opening in Japan.
- 2001 - Skies of Arcadia is released for the Sega Dreamcast in Spain.
- 2007 - Wonder Boy in Monster World is released for the Wii Virtual Console in North America.
- 2008 - Masamichi Amano Meets Sega: Best & Wind Orchestra Version, a CD, is released alongside Sega Splash! Golf for Windows PCs in Japan.
- 2009 - Saikyou Saisoku Battle Racer is released in Arcades alongside Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Battle ga Ippai! Iza Mairu! for the Advanced Pico Beena in Japan.
- 2010 - Pachinko CR Sakura Taisen 2 Complete Works, a book, is released alongside Ikiningyou no Ma for iOS in Japan. Iron Man 2 Official Strategy Guide, a book, is released in North America. Resonance of Fate is released for the Xbox 360 in Australia. After Burner Climax is released for the PlayStation 3 in South Korea.

- 2014 - 3D OutRun is released for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan.
