Difference between revisions of "Mega Drive consoles in Western Europe"

The Western European Sega Mega Drive debuted in the Winter of 1990. As with most European consoles, the systems are identical across all European countries, however were often marketed differently and received localised content.

Most European models output a PAL composite video signal, as well as localized RF output. French models instead use RGB output using the regular A/V out port.
