Outa Sano is a senior programmer at Sega originally involving with ports of racing titles. Sano worked on the Jet Set Radio series and the latest entry in the Panzer Dragoon series. He was later started working on Shadow the Hedgehog and other titles.
In addition to boss programming, Sano is distinguished from others in his field by being able to program a game for multiple platforms. This is best exemplified by Sonic Generations, his latest role, where he served as Programming Director.
