On the title screen, press B A Right Down A C Up  START .

Unlock extra teams

On the title screen, press Right A Down C Left Up B (RAD CLUB). This will let you play as teams which didn't qualify for the world cup, including England, Scotland, Wales, Canada, France and the special "Team Radical" team.

"Super Home Team"

On the title screen, press A B Right A C A Down A B Right A (ABRACADABRA). This is meant to lead to a "maxed out Super Home Team in Exhibition mode"[1], but while a sound effect plays recognising the code, it doesn't seem to work(?).
