Rocky, Bullwinkle and Dudley Do-Right Make Cameo Appearances In New Edutainment Title REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (July 23, 1996) - SegaSoft, Inc., the independent interactive entertainment developer and Media Station, Inc., a developer of interactive family entertainment, today announced plans to release Fractured Fairly Tales: The Frog Prince, an interactive multimedia CD-ROM based on the classic Rocky and Bullwinkle & Friends cartoon series from Jay Ward Productions, Inc. Designed for children ages 4 and up, Fractured Fairy Tales: The Frog Prince will be SegaSoft's second title to be released under its new Trampoline brand. The Tale This hilarious title details the trials and tribulations of an unfortunate frog that was unwillingly turned into a handsome prince by a mischievous meddling witch. Players follow along as the frog prince searches for the witch that bestowed the spell upon him because only she can reverse the spell. Each dynamic screen showcases interactive animations including cameo appearances by Rocky, Bullwinkle and Dudley Do-Right as well as challenging games related to each particular storyline. With multiple levels of play, children of all ages are sure to enjoy this comical new title. Fractured Fairy Tales: The Frog Prince is the first in a series of wacky games based on Rocky and Bullwinkle & Friends that SegaSoft and Media Station are slated to publish. Additionally, the companies plan to release titles featuring other zany cartoon characters from the original 1959 series, including Peabody & Sherman and Boris & Natasha. "Without question, this entertaining new title will be a great enhancement to our new Trampoline brand," said Gary Griffiths, chief operating officer of SegaSoft. "With its quality gaming, animation, music and classic cartoon characters, it's sure to be a hit with both parents and children alike." Fractured Fairy Tales: The Frog Prince will be available this Fall on both Macintosh and Windows at an estimated retail price of $30.
