Glen Cove, N.Y., Oct. 24, 1996 -- Now, the excitement of WWF wrestling is not just on your TV, it's In Your House. Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKLM) announced today that it is putting gamers in the ring with WWF: In Your House (tm) the most intense, mayhem-packed wrestling game ever. Ten of the hottest WWF superstars -- including Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, Vader, Ow en Hart and Bret "The Hitman" Hart -- are at players' command as they battle through match after match of exciting WWF action. In addition to theme venues, In Your House features all new "finishing" moves -- such as the Pearl River Plunge, the Curtain Call and the Pedigree - th at make a pin as easy and brutal as 1-2-3. Each wrestler can utilize special "gadgets" from his arsenal, such as Bret Hart wielding a WWF title belt against his opponents, Owen Hart brandishing his scepter to inflict damage and the British Bulldog slowin g his challenger with a dogleash. Gamers are able to compete in season, Intercontinental championship and WWF championship modes and blow the roof off the house with up to four players playing simultaneously. To further enhance the realism of the game, multiple camera views bring the action "in your house."
