Psycho Pinball is a pinball game developed by Atoll Soft and published by Codemasters for the Sega Mega Drive (and DOS-based computers). The game was only released in Europe and Australia.

There are four tables; "Wild West", "The Abyss", "Psycho" and "Trick or Treat". Down launches the ball, Left controls the left flipper and C controls the right flipper.
