Sangokushi II (三國志II) is the second game in Koei's Sangokushi franchise, a part of their Historical Simulation Series. It was first released in 1989 on the NEC PC-88 before being ported to a variety of other systems including to the Sega Mega Drive in 1991. Western releases called the game Romance of the Three Kingdoms II.
