Santos Co., Ltd. (株式会社サントス) was a Japanese video game developer.

Company

After the previous Santos was largely acquired by Sega in December 1991 (for the establishment of its new subsidiary Megasoft), the company declared bankruptcy, and the staff who did not transition to Megasoft soon founded a second company in 1992 by the same name, Santos; it was also headed by the same Takeshi Tozu who served the same role at the earlier Santos.[1]

Sometime in the late 1990s or early 2000s, Santos was acquired by fellow game developer Yumekobo.
