The Smash Controller was an unlicensed 9-button controller manufactured by Innovation for use with the game Mallet Legend also known as Whac-A-Critter.
Operating Instructions
From the inside of the box:
1. Plug the Smash Controller into Control One of your Sega Console.
2. Insert game cartridge into console slot.
3. Turn on the power.
4. Press any button to begin game.
5. Smash away!
