The Sega Mega-CD version of Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin is an updated version of the 1991 Mega Drive game of the same name.

While this versions shares similar gameplay to the Mega Drive game, it has re-worked levels and is less linear. It also has animated cutscenes and a CD audio soundtrack.
