Unlike the majority of unlicensed video game developers, Studio Fazzy was based in Japan, and its games were only released domestically. Additionally, while many unlicensed developers purposefully abstain from crediting themselves for fear of legal retaliation, Studio Fazzy plainly listed its address in the manual of its 1992 Sega Mega Drive game Divine Sealing.
