What does "Hi-Roller" refer to?

Does the United States release use Dolby surround?
So I'm seeing sources claiming the United States release uses Dolby Surround instead of RSS. The first source, the LaserDisc Archive, is usually pretty good about this stuff, and claims the "explosion sounds" are encoded. The other source, which I'm an idiot because apparently I forgot to bookmark, is one from 2ch or something where they're talking about the LaserActive, and a post there mentioned that "games that use RSS use Dolby Surround in the US".
Whether that poster meant some or all games is another thing, but I'd like to eventually get some confirmation on this. CartridgeCulture (talk) 18:41, 5 July 2021 (EDT)
