Three others I can think of: the 8-player Mega Bomberman thing (which we don't know if it's legit or not but it uses Chris Huelsbeck's sound driver...), US Populous II (but I can't find said ROM), and US Power Instinct (but where does the box art come from, or is Guardiana the only place that has it?). I'm not sure if that Wily Wars US boxart indicated a boxed release or was just for show...
