Tohru Watanuki (綿貫 透) is a former artist at Sega of Japan. He worked at Sega for 6 years before becoming a freelancer.[1]
In the mid-90's he was located at Sega CS3, up until Sonic Adventure which was developed by previous CS3 staff and previous Panzer Dragoon series, and after this game he instead began working with the latter team.
