Tomonori Shiino (椎野 智徳) is a game designer and director. He was first a member of Sega-AM2 where quickly took on various roles and was involved with Virtua Fighter 4, Quest of D and Shining Force Cross[1]. He then brought his arcade RPG experience home with Phantasy Star Online 2.
