Don't use Template:Art or Template:Promo for screenshots. Use Template:Screenshot instead. Example:

I think it doesn't appear in the category because I had to move https://segaretro.org/File:Demon_Slayer_-Kimetsu_no_Yaiba-_Sweep_the_Board_Screenshot_2023-09-14_02.jpg.
