Pack-In-Video (パック・イン・ビデオ) was a Japanese game developer best known in the west as the developer of the original Harvest Moon, however they made a wide variety of other games. In 1996 they merged with Victor's video game department and eventually was renamed Pack-In-Soft (パック・イン・ソフト). They would eventually merge with Victor Soft and be called just Victor Interactive Software around the time the Dreamcast launched.
