The Winter International Consumer Electronics Show 1995 (WCES 1995) was the final CES event in which video games took up a large percentage of the show floor (being replaced by E3 which began later in the year). Due to declining popularity, no "summer" CES event took place in 1995 year, making Las Vegas the sole home of CES. As such, the "winter" prefix is often dropped.
This was the event in which the localised "black" Sega Saturn for Western markets was first shown[1].
