S-Plan Co., Ltd. (株式会社エスプラン), previously known as Shimada Kikaku Co., Ltd. (有限会社シマダ企画), was a Japanese video game developer[2] notable for working with Sega of Japan on a number of first-party Game Gear ports.

Shimada Kikaku was founded and headed by former Sanritsu developer Junzo Shimada (嶋田順三).[2]
