Malibu Comics Entertainment Inc., formerly known as Malibu Graphics Publishing Group, was an American comic book publisher most known for its Ultraverse line of superhero titles. Founded in 1986, it created a number of franchises which were adapted into Sega games (such as Dinosaurs for Hire and Prime), and merged with developer ACME Interactive in late 1992 to establish its development subsidiary Malibu Interactive.
The company was ultimately acquired by and absorbed into Marvel Comics in 1994.
