Oscar Rodriguez (ロドリゲス オスカル) is a Japanese[4] programmer. He worked at Sega of Japan for 5 years, best-known for programming the graphics in 7th Dragon III Code: VFD. After leaving Sega in 2015, he worked at Google as a Developer Advocate of mobile gaming technologies to top strategic Japanese and Korean game companies[2].
