Philip Ley is a British businessman and former Sega Europe director of marketing.[1]
Career
Ley is considered to be one of the masterminds behind Sega's European marketing strategy during the early 1990s, creating the Do me a favour... Plug me into a Sega and Sega TV marketing campaigns, as well as creating the "To be this good takes Ages (Sega)" slogan.
He left Sega Europe in 1994 to become marketing director of BSkyB, however his strategic marketing company Branded would assist in the European launch of the Sega Dreamcast.
