Takazumi Tomoike (友池 隆純) is a Japanese businessman and former Sega R&D 1 game designer. He designed Quartet, SDI and Galaxy Force for Sega before joining Koei in 1988[1]. He became leader of the company's Omega Force team, first directing Dynasty Warriors[2][3], before producing Destrega, WinBack: Covert Operations and the rest of the Dynasty Warriors up to the fifth installment[4]. After producing Jan Sangoku Musou in 2006[5], he produced Fatal Inertia and Prey the Stars developed by Koei Canada[4].
