Tsuyoshi Matsuda (松田 剛) is a programmer at Sega of Japan, known to have programmed game systems and character stats, such as in Air Trix[2]. He joined AM R&D Dept.#3 in 1997 and became involved with arcade games L.A. Machineguns and Air Trix. He became the chief programmer of Derby Owners Club II, followed by a role as chief director of Derby Owners Club Online[1].
