UFO Catcher 8 (UFOキャッチャー8) is a crane game initially released by Sega in 2008.
UFO Catcher 8 is an "eighth generation" UFO Catcher machine building on the design of UFO Catcher 7 and its derivatives. This model is largely the same product as its predecessor, although has tighter security features and lowers its control panel for smaller children. Continuing with tradition, it also tries to make things easier to see by reducing the thickness of the metal frame.
