Cool Riders is a spiritual sequel to OutRunners, released by Sega in 1994. It has a similar premise to OutRunners, though rather than drive cars, you ride bikes. It also uses digitised graphics similar to the likes of Mortal Kombat.
The game is currently unplayable through emulators such as MAME. This is because Cool Riders was built for very strange arcade hardware, seen to be a mix between Sega Model 2 and Sega Titan Video. Graphics are compressed in a way not seen in any other piece of Sega hardware.
