Fujio Minegishi is a Japanese executive and chairman at io・Ring. He worked at Sega of Japan's Planning HQ for some years[1]. He is best-known for his contribution to Sonic the Hedgehog, using his connections to the record industry to include Masato Nakamura as the game's composer[2]. After that, he worked for Atlus on the Print Club series[1].
