Kiyo is a former artist who worked for Yu Suzuki's teams at Sega of Japan.
They do not have an official list of works to confirm, but their pseudonym seems to have been credited by the alternative spellings Kio in After Burner, Key in the high score table of After Burner II, Power Drift and Sword of Vermilion (not to be confused Keisuke Tsukahara, who composed music for Chouon Senshi Borgman) and Kyo in G-LOC: Air Battle.
Kiyo-related material in both Dynamite Dux and Power Drift feature the phrase "I Love Cyndi".
