The MIRAGE Universal CD Emulator[3] is a development kit for the Sega Saturn released in 1995 by Cross Products[4][5].It provides a complete hardware-based real-time CD-ROM emulation system when connected to a target machine or games console and acts as a transparent substitute for that machine's CD-ROM drive.
