Tomoyuki Nishimura (西村 友行) was a director at Sega. With the exception of Giant Gram: Zen Nihon Pro Wres 2 in Nihon Budoukan, all of his known projects are water-themed, his sixth title being his first medal game, Ami-Gyo.[1]
He has arcade patents associated with Sega with dates ranging from 2005 to 2013.[2]
