Hidetoshi "Wiz" Takeshita (竹下 英敏) is a programmer who worked at Sega. He joined the company the same year the Mega Drive first released as an programmer for arcade games, later becoming known for working on console games such as the Panzer Dragoon series.[1] He has since left Sega for Artoon.[2]
