The April 1995 issue of Sega Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.
This is the point where the Sega Saturn starts to dominate these cassettes, with two thirds of this issue devoted to Saturn software. For the first time since Sega Video Magazine's conception there are no Sega Mega-CD games, and Sega 32X, Sega Mega Drive and Sega Game Gear content is spread noticeably thin.
The "Game Insider" segment involves an interview with Toshihiro Nagoshi (deputy head of AM R&D Dept. #2) over the Saturn version of Daytona USA.
