Shangri-La Co., Ltd. (株式会社シャングリ・ラ), formerly known as Copya System Co., Ltd. (株式会社コピアシステム), was a Japanese video game developer.

Company
In 1996, Copya System was officially renamed Shangri-La[2], and moved away from contract work.[3]
Sometime around 2000, the company went out of business.[3]
