GameCentral was a replacement for Digitiser, running as part of Channel 4's teletext service in the United Kingdom. Spearheadded by Tony Mott and beginning on 10th March 2003, the idea was much the same as Digitiser but without the characters and humour.
The teletext service lasted until 2009 before becoming an online-only platform. It was later incorporated into the Metro newspaper, becoming Metro GameCentral.
