Red Storm Entertainment was an American video game development company headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina.[2] Spun off from Virtus Corporation by company executive Mark Baric[3] (who also co-founded Timeline's Timeline Computer Entertainment) and executive associate David Alan Smith in November 1996,[1] it would eventually become an independently-operating subsidiary of Ubi Soft in August 2000.
