Sega Group Corporation, established in 2015 as Sega Holdings Co., Ltd. before being renamed in 2020, was a holding company and subsidiary of Sega Sammy Holdings. It was the parent of the Sega-side of the business.
The company was absorbed into its then-subsidiary Sega Corporation in 2021.
